BILLING
Inpatient Services
  • Room and Board Charging
    One (1) day room and board is charged upon reaching 24 hours from the time of admission.
  • Discounts
    Applicable discounts will be reflected on the final billing of the patient provided the necessary requirements are submitted.
  • Doctor's Professional Fee
    Professional fees are posted in the hospital bill once the patient is due for discharge.
  • Progress Billing Update
    Printed copy of the progress billing will be provided to the patient or his/her responsible party on a daily basis.
    Progress billing can be accessed by the patient or his/her responsible party through the Billing Kiosk located at the back of the elevator in the 2nd and 4th floor of the main hospital building.
    The Billing Department will request progress payment from the patient or his/her responsible party during the patient's hospital stay.
Outpatient Services
A patient availing the outpatient services of Ancillary Units will be requested to proceed to the Business Center located at the ground floor of the main hospital building for registration and payment.
Patients under Corporate or HMO accounts are required to submit LOA (Letter of Authorization) or LOG (Letter of Guarantee).
Official receipts (for self-paying patients) and Charge Slip (for Corporate/HMO accounts) will be presented to the different centers before the performance of the procedures.
Outpatient registration beyond 6 pm will be catered by the Emergency Unit (ER).
PAYMENT
The Cashier Section is open 24/7 to facilitate and accept payments.

PHILHEALTH

PhilHealth members may avail deductions on their hospital bills provided that they submit the complete and properly filled out PhilHealth claim forms together with the required documents at the time of discharge. To avoid delays during discharge, the PhilHealth member or his/her authorized representative is advised to work on these documentary requirements immediately upon admission.
